Rashad Fenton from the Kansas City Chiefs just became a Super Bowl Champion at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. But this victory is even more special when you look at the bigger picture.

Rashad, who will turn 23 on Feb 17th, used to work in the concession stand at the same Hard Rock stadium serving hot dogs and nachos. This was all part of his weekend shift during his high school years while working during the Miami Dolphins games.

Seven years ago, he was working in the stands, and today he is out here living his dream of having won the biggest game of his professional football career.

On being asked how he feels about playing at the same stadium for the first time after working there, he said, “I know at any moment I could still be in those shoes. My life could have taken a different path, and I could have been working the concessions during the Super Bowl trying to make some money watching these guys. But I’m here. So I understand to never take this for granted. That definitely fuels my fire.”

Never take it for granted. Thank you, Rashad. We salute your love for the sport!
